A random act of kindess was found on North Market Street today in Downtown Frederick.

When drivers parked their cars they found an envelope taped to each parking meter that read "For You In Rememberance Of..." and the name of one of the victims killed in the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Inside the envelopes was a card and a dollar for whoever opened it to use in the meter in rememberance of the victims killed last Friday in Newtown, Connecticut.
