The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help as they attempt to locate a missing teen from Union Bridge.

Mackenzie Lea Digiacomantonio, 15, of South Benedum Street, left her home between 8 and 9 p.m. Wednesday and is believed to be in the company of an acquaintance she recently met through the internet, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.

Digiacomantonio is described as 5-foot-6, approximately 120 pounds with brown eyes and medium length brown hair.
