Suspect was injured while trying to carry out an armed robbery.
This morning at about 2 am a masked man displaying a knife entered the BP gas station at 1760 on the Dual Highway in Hagarstown. As he approached the clerk and a struggle ensued. The suspect suffered a laceration to his hand. The suspect then fled the store.
Hagarstown Police responded and conducted a search using a K-9 who was able to trail the suspect to an appartment on Edgewood Hill Circle. The suspect was identified as Kiley Steven Dusza of no fixed address. Dusza was arrested and transported to a local hospital where his wound was treated. Upon his release from the hospital the suspect was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he was charged with multiple offenses including carrying a concealed weapon with intent to injure.
