He's charged with an incident in Oct., 2012.

A suspect has been arrested in connection with an assault and robbery last year in Frederick. Police on Tuesday charged Eson Edwin Terry, 21, of Frederick with robbery, 2nd-degree assault, theft less than $1,000 and credit card theft.

On October 14th, 2012, officers were called to the area of 90 Waverly Drive for a report of a robbery. The victim told police he was beaten and robbed by three African-American males, who took a number of personal items.

Police say they were able to identify Terry as the suspect because he used a credit card belonging to the victim.

The case remains under investigation, and detectives are trying to identify the other suspects involved in this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Frederick police. They can contact Detective Jorge Garcia at 301-600-1247. If they want to remain anonymous, they can call the Tips Line at 301-600-TIPS {8477}.
