Frederick Police have arrested a suspect in a shots-fired incident last month. Perry Eugene Lee of Germantown is charged with reckless endangerment, discharging a firearm within city limits and concealing a dangerous weapon.

Officers responded to the 100 block of West All Saints Street on December 8th for the shots-fired incident, and discovered several shell casings.

Meanwhile, a detective investigating a rape and home invasion robbery on West South Street on December 9th found evidence that the suspect in this case was connected to the shots-fired incident.

Police say the shots-fired incident was separate from the home invasion and rape. It involved two rival gangs that had been fighting.

The shots-fired incident remains under investigation, and police say additional charges could be filed in the future.
