Anyone who may have witnessed a crash on Fishers Hollow Road at Harmony Road last month is asked to come forward. The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says the incident occurred on December 8th at around 4:00 PM.

A Dodge Durango operated by Brian Lewis, 38, of Myersville was traveling west on Fishers Hollow Road when it failed to negotiate a turn. It then struck an embankment and flipped over.

The driver fled the scene, but was located a short time later in a wooded area, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Lewis was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital for treatment. A 15-year-old male passenger was taken for treatment to Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown.

If you saw this crash, you're asked to contact Dfc. Daniel McDowell at 301-600-3609.
