A traffic stop in Frederick Wednesday night led to a drug arrest. Brian Moncrieffe-Taylor, 30, is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Police say drug enforcement unit officers conducted the traffic stop in the 400 block of Prospect Boulevard. One of the cops smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search was conducted, and officers found two pipes used to smoke pot, as well as a quantity of marijuana. Moncrieffe-Taylor admitted to police that the pot and the smoking pipes were his, authorities said.
He was taken to central booking for processing and released.
