Frederick Police on Wednesday charged a Germantown man with assault and indecent exposure. Hector Amaya, 41, has been arrested for an incident which occurred in September, when a female victim was assaulted in the 1400 block of West Patrick Street. Amaya is charged with second-degree assault and indecent exposure in connection with that incident.
