One person was arrested by Frederick Police serving a search and seizure warrant on Wednesday night. Antoinette Johnson, 46, is charged with two counts each of possession with intent to distribute and possession of drugs, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

The warrant was served at an apartment at 30 West All Saints Street.
