Things could get a little slippery on the roads during the overnight hours. Frederick County authorities say roads that were wet or underwater during the daylight hours are now freezing over.

There have already been some traffic accidents due to the slippery conditions. Highway crews have been treating roads in the evening hours, and have been called to the scene of a few crashes to salt the roads.

Motorists who will be out on the roads during the overnight hours are urged to take it slow.
