The Frederick County grand jury returned two indictments Friday in drug cases.  Anthony Schaefer, 24, of no fixed address, is charged with possession and possession with the intent to distribute fake drugs, and 21 year old Christopher Golding, of New Jersey, was indicted on heroin-related offenses.
