Justice for Jayden is on Facebook.

It was an Emmitsburg mother's worst nightmare! She took her sick son to an urgent care in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and while seated in the waiting room, her 5 year old daughter, innocently, played with her Ipod. In came a man and woman, who sat directly across from them, and Sherry Myers said without her knowledge or permission, the man began taking pictures of her little girl and posted them on his Facebook page. "Comments came in, one right after another, referring to her as a transvestite, a future drag. As soon as I got into my car, I wasn't even in my car five minutes. I got a call from a young lady who knows me and she said Sherry, you need to go on to a Facebook page. There are pictures posted of your daughter and you are going to be shocked at what you see," said Myers.

Meyers said she made contact with the man, who is the vice president of the Lake Meade Volunteer Fire Department and a Dispatcher for the Department of the Defense. "He assured me that he was going to take them down, but he changed his settings so we were unable to view his page," continued Myers.

State Police in Pennsylvania went to the man's home and had him remove the pictures from his Facebook page, but Myers said no charges were filed because of Borderline First Amendment Rights. "I want the public to log on to Facebook and type in the search block 'Justice for Jayden' to help support my cause to bring actions against people who pursue others online with the intention of frightening or embarrassing the victim."
