A Frederick woman is charged with four counts each of possessing and issuing forged currency, and theft less than $1,000. Kayla Colodta Willis, 20, is also charged with one count of theft scheme less than $1,000.

Police served the warrant to Willis on Thursday at her home in the 1100 block of Key Parkway. They say she used counterfeit $100 bills to make transactions at local businesses
