Members of the Frederick Police Department's Drug Enforcement Unit, Special Response Team, and Criminal Investigation Division went to a home early Thursday morning, in the 1700 block of Jacob Bruner Drive, after a search and seizure warrant was issued. As a result, 40 year old Crystal Lynn Dotson was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia.
