Frederick City Police found drugs in their car.
Three Hood College students were arrested Thursday night after Frederick City Police found drugs in their car.
The arrest happened around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Citizens Way and South Court Street when police pulled the car over on a traffic stop.
As police approached the car, they smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana. Police searched the car and marijuana was found on the driver, Philip Harman,19, and both passengers, Tai Foster, 18, and Jonathan Fogarty,19.
All three were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and Harman and Foster were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
The men were temporarily in police custody but have been released.
