The Washington County Division of Public Works Engineering and Construction Department has announced that Rice Road will reopen to traffic effective 4:00 p.m. today, Friday, March 1, 2013.

Rice Road is reopening to traffic with a temporary roadway surface of compacted material. The roadway will remain open in this condition for approximately six weeks. The road will close for approximately one week in mid-April for complete paving and markings. Adequate road closure notification will be given.
