Three people were arrested early Monday morning on drug offenses during a search and seizure operation in Frederick. Lillian Inez Dougherty, 22, Ian Andrew Folson, 22, and Derric Marshall Atzrott, 19, were taken into custody at their home in the 1st block of East 15th Street. They are each charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (hashish) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Atzrott is also charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance (hashish).

Officers also confiscated several narcotics, smoking devices, drug paraphernalia and hashish.

All three were transported to Frederick County Central Booking for processing.

The search and seizure operation followed complaints about drug activity in the area.
