Snow Emergency Plan Lifted In Washington County

It was lifted at 1:00 PM.

The State Police in Hagerstown say the Snow Emergency Plan has been lifted in Washington County as of 1:00 PM.

It was put into affect at 3:00 AM on Wednesday, but conditions have improved that it can be lifted. 

Motorists are still urged to drive carefully if they're heading out on Wednesday.
