State Police in Hagerstown say they have identified the bod of a man found near Ashton and Big Pool Roads in Clear Spring on Monday.  He is Leroy Francis Henson, 54, of Clear Spring.

Henson was last seen on December 29th, 2012, and reported missing on January 2nd, 2013.

Troopers say at this time, there is no indication of foul play.  

Henson's body was taken to the State Medical Examiner for an autopsy.
