A Brunswick woman and Knoxville man were busted for drugs on Monday.

Frederick City Police investigated a suspicious car in the area of W. 7th Street and had a K-9 sniff out the vehicle. Officers found heroin on the driver, Douglas Collins, and inside of the purse of passenger, Amanda Willis.

Both were handcuffed and charged with possession of heroin and paraphernalia.
