A wanted man in two Counties was found in Frederick on Monday.

Frederick City Police received a tip that Levon Hallenbeck of Germantown would be traveling in the area of Butterfly lane and McCain Drive. He was wanted in Frederick County and in Montgomery County for failing to appear in court on a CDS charge.

Officers handcuffed Hallenbeck and found marijuana and CDS paraphernalia upon his arrest. He was taken to central booking where he was served with the two warrants and the additional CDS charge.
