The walk raises money for cancer patients in Frederick County and has raised over $60,000 dollars in the past four years and hopes to raise $20,000 dollars this year.
In a few months the fifth annual Bettie Jane's Center of Dance Art 5k Walk for Cancer. The 5k will be on June 2nd in Baker Park from 3-5 p.m.

Pre-registration for the walk must be done by May 4th if you would like to receive your official BJCDA 5k walk t-shirt.
