A local woman was charged with drug offenses Thursday night after Frederick Police responsded to the Motel 6 for an attempt to locate a wanted person out of Carroll County.

When officers arrived, they located the man they were looking for, but they also found drugs in the room, which was rented by Julia Fultz, of Heather Ridge Drive.

She was charged with possession of heroin, crack cocaine and numerous counts of possession of paraphernalia.
