They're incarcerated at the Washington Co. Detention Center.
Four additional suspects have been arrested in connection with a series of arson fires in Washington and Frederick Counties, which began on March 17th.
The State Fire Marshal's Office says Jacob Hess, 18, Joshua Hess, 19, both of Clear Spring, Sarah Couch, 18. and Brandy Sneider-Koontz, 19, both of Mercersburg, Pa., are charged with arson-related offenses.
All four are incarcerated at the Washington County Detention Center. Joshua Hess' bond is set at $10,000; Jacob Hess' bond is $25,000; Sarah Couch's bond is set at $80,000; and Brandy Sneider-Koontz' bond is $120,000.
A Washington County Grand Jury is scheduled to hear the cases of Tyler Murray, 20, Sarah Matthews, 19, Morgan Nield, 20, and Olivia Hannah, 20, on April 30th. They are the four original suspects arrested in these arson fires.
The investigation into these fires was a joint venture of law enforcement agencies in Washington and Frederick Counties. "The closure of this investigation by the law enforcement agencies involved reveals their overall outstanding commitment to the citizens of Maryland when unlawful acts occur in the state," says Maryland State Fire Marshal William E. Barnard, in a statement.
