Frederick Police responded to a fight in progress call on Friday at Mullinex Park. When officers arrived, they located a victim who had sustained a stab wound to his right arm. A police officer administered first aid and obtained suspect information from the victim.
Brian Theodore Lewis, of South Market Street, was later located a short distance away from the scene and placed under arrest. The victim was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Lewis, who received a $95,000 bond after appearing before a District Court Commissioner, is charged with 1st & 2nd degree assault, and possession of spice.
