The Board of Education of Frederick County seeks volunteers to serve on its Ethics Panel for three-year terms. Appointees interpret ethics regulations, advise on ethics issues and review financial disclosure statements.
The Ethics Panel meets periodically throughout the school year as it fulfills its responsibilities under the Maryland ethics law and Board policy. Panel members are expected to attend regularly scheduled meetings, which typically occur during the day, about three times per year.
