Motorists will need to adjust their speeds.
Motorists who travel Route 340 eastbound will be seeing new traffic patterns beginning on Monday. The State Highway Administration says crews working on the construction project at the intersection with Keep Tryst Road will close one eastbound lane of Route 340 for about six to eight weeks.
Drivers could experience some delays during peak travel times.
The changes being worked on at the intersection will allow left turns from westbound Route 340 on to Keep Tryst Road.
