One is being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. Another suspect is in custody in Broward County, Florida.
Two Frederick County men are in custody for the July 25th robbery of the MVB Bank, in Charles Town, West Virginia.
Detective Corp.. Steven Holz, with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, said on Wednesday, the alleged robber, 34 year old Dean Aubol, III, of Thurmont, was arrested in Broward County. "He was involved in a carjacking in Florida. He got into a vehicle pursuit with authorities. He was apprehended by deputies out there. He is right now incarcerated in Florida, pending extradition back to West Virginia, after he facing charges there," said Holz. "The person who drove the getaway car in the robbery was a 21 year old from Thurmont. According to some of the people that we interviewed, the only person that Abol would want to drive him was Nicholas Humerick. We located him with the help of the Thurmont City Police Department," continued Holz.
Humerick is being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center, pending extradition to West Virginia.
