After family members and supporters of Robert Ethan Saylor attended a news conference in Annapolis Thursday, the sister of the deceased sent an email to WFMD Radio, in Frederick.
Emma stated "More than 340,000 people signed our petition on Change.org, and we sat down with Governor O'Malley today to talk about getting justice for Ethan. He seemed committed to putting a new training program in place, and said he would continue to consider an investigation into what happened to Ethan. We see this as a step in the right direction and will continue pushing for a full investigation."
