The lapse in Appropriations may be keeping the government partially shut down, but Congressman John Delaney says his offices will remain open. "I decided to have everyone working during the shut-down and the reason I did it was because I think it's needed and important to serve my constituents," said Delaney. "If I had my way the government would not have shut down, and everyone would be working. I think this is absurd," continued Delaney.
Delaney, who serves the 6th District, has offices in Washington, Gaithersburg and Hagerstown.
