Police stopped Jacob Murray on West Patrick Street for a suspended registration and discovered he was wanted in Pennsylvania.
Frederick City Police arrested a Frederick man just after 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Police stopped Jacob Murray on West Patrick Street for a suspended registration. While checking his driving record and warrant status, the officers discovered Murray was wanted for a warrant in Pennsylvania. Murray resisted arrest and assaulted the two officers and then was tasered.
Murray was charged with assault, resisting arrest and taken to central booking.
