Patient Relations Specialist (502270)
The Patient Relations Specialist is located at the front desk. The PRS is responsible for providing professional, patient services. PRS is responsible for patient registration, patient check-out, and telephone coverage. PRS will also support other administrative functions such as filling, collecting and verifying insurance information, coordinating and scheduling patient appointments. The PRS MUST be able to function in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
