State Police continue to investigate.
Union Bridge, Md. (KM) A Pennsylvania resident was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Frederick County Saturday morning.
State Police say troopers were dispatched to the Route 75 (Green Valley Road) at Clemsonville Road near Union Bridge for an accident involving a 2014 Peterbilt Tractor and a 200 Heil Trailer. Authorities say 19-year-old man was operating the rig southbound along Route 75 when the semi crossed the center line, entering the northbound lanes. The truck left the roadway, rolled over and struck a telephone pole.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers say the victim is from Homer City, Pennsylvania, but his identity is being withheld until next of kin are notified. .
State Police say the crash remains under investigation.
