The Frederick Police Department is partnering with the Frederick Freeze Hockey Team for the Frederick Freeze Polar Bear Plunge on Saturday, February 3rd. Participants will take a quick dip in 30-degree water to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Maryland! The plunge is from noon to 2 pm at the Carroll Creek Amphitheatre.
Abolitionist Ale Works in downtown Charles Town, WV will have live music every Friday and Saturday this month with no cover charge, including an authentic Mardi Gras celebration on February 10th and a double headliner live standup comedy show on Valentine’s Day.
Get the family together and see Shrek the Musical at The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre recurring every Friday and Saturday evening until March 10, 2018.
The nonprofit community theatre organization, Fredericktowne Players, is presenting the show “The Company” this weekend! You can catch showings at Frederick Community College on Friday and Saturday at 8 pm or on Sunday at 2 pm.

Maloo’s in Hagerstown is hosting a beer tasting and food pairing to benefit the Red Cross on Saturday, February 3. The benefit will also feature live local music, raffles and giveaways from 1 to 6 pm.
