The four=story building will replace the current facilities at the County Court House.

New Frederick Police Department Headquarters.

Frederick, Md (KM) The public is invited to a ribbon cutting and open house for the new Frederick Police Department headquarters later this month. Both will take place on Monday, June 30th at 100 East All Saints Street from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

There will be interactive displays by the Special Response Team, the Drone Unit and K9 Officers.

These new headquarters replace the current facility at the County Court House.

The new headquarters used to be the William Donald Schaefer Building, and once housed the County’s Department of Social Services. The 65,000 square-foot, four-story building was purchased in 2021 by the City for use as a police headquarters.
