Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick County’s annual Legislative Town Hall is scheduled for next week. It will be held at Winchester Hall at 12 East Church Street on Wednesday, October 7th, beginning at 7:00 PM.
It’s an opportunity for the public to help shape the county’s priorities for the upcoming 2026 General Assembly Session, according to County Executive Jessica Fitzwater. “The work our state representatives do in Annapolis each year impacts each of our daily lives and the future of Frederick County,”: Fitzwater says in a statement. “I urge residents to share their ideas on what legislation Frederick County should prioritize in the 2026 legislative session.”
For those who can’t make it in person, the meeting will be telecast over Comcast cable channels 1072, and 19. It will also be livestreamed.at FrederickCountyMD.gov/LegislativeTownHall. .
