He was arrested at the scene by deputies.

Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Frederick man for an attempted commercial burglary. Jordan Leondre Hailey, 34, is charged with 2nd-degree burglary which is a felony; and 4th-degree burglary which is a misdemeanor.
Early Monday morning, September 29th, deputies on routine patrol spotted a suspect trying to break into a commercial construction site in the 10,000 block of Old National Pike in New Market. The suspect tried to run away, but was quickly apprehended.
Deputies say Hailey had burglary tools and a two-way radio in his possession. The radio appeared to be in use at that time, the Sheriff’s Office says. Authorities began a search for other suspects, but no one was found.
The Sheriff’s Office says Hailey had numerous outstanding arrest warrants, including some for felony charges. All warrants were served on Hailey when he was arrested.
