Hagerstown, Md. (DG) – A narcotics investigation in Hagerstown led to an arrest and the recovery of drugs and a gun.
The Washington County Narcotics Task Force executed search and seizure warrants on Thursday as part of an ongoing probe, where investigators say they found a firearm and suspected cocaine.
Authorities arrested 53-year-old Kendall Byrd of Hagerstown, charging him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and multiple firearm-related offenses.
Byrd was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, then later released on his own recognizance following a court appearance.
