Adams County, Pa. (NS) – A Frederick man is in jail after causing three road rage crashes on Wednesday.

Pennsylvania State Police said on Route 15 in Adams County, Lewis Shirima, 28, of Frederick was driving a Hyundai northbound when he cut off a Dodge Ram pickup truck.
