Police do not have a suspect in custody
Gaithersburg, MD – Montgomery County Police are investigating a shooting that claimed the life of a Frederick man.
On Friday, April 22, 2022, at 10:50 p.m., police responded to the 19,500 block of Gunners Branch Road in Germantown for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. First aid was given, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 20-year-old, Taon Lamont Cline of Frederick.
Police report this is an ongoing investigation, and they do not have a suspect in custody.
