Amber Alert for Savannah Heaton has been canceled
Westminster, Md. (DG) – A 9-year-old girl taken from her home in Westminster has been found safe.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is reporting on Tuesday shortly after 6 PM Savannah Heaton was abducted by her sister, 33-year-old Magen Wallen, on Shamrock Circle.
Savannah was taken from her aunt who has court ordered custody.
At around 8:45 PM, Savannah was found safe in Edgemere, and Wallen was arrested and charged with kidnapping and child abduction.
