He was thrown from his vehicle.
Hagerstown, Md. (KM) – A Pennsylvania man lost his life in a one-vehicle crash in Washington County Tuesday afternoon.
Maryland State Police say John Thomas Green III, 51, was operating a Toyota Highlander along Downsville Pike near Rench Road west of Hagerstown when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned several times. Green was ejected from his vehicle. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead the scene.
Downsville Pike was closed for about 90-minutes following the accident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
