Former Frederick Alderman Bill Hall Dies

He served on the Board from 1998-2006.

Frederick, Md (KM) Former Frederick City Alderman Bill Hall has died.  Her  was 86.  Hall  served on the Board from 1998  to 2006, and was President Pro Tem from 2002 to 2006.

In a statement, Mayor Michael O-Connor says Hall’s death “leave me and many with a profound sense of loss.” He said Hall was “deeply respected and admired by Frederick residents.”

The Mayor has ordered state flags as well as city flags on city property to be lowered to half-staff until sunset on the day he’s laid to rest.
