Frederick County Grand Jury Returns Three Indictments Friday

These cases now move to Circuit Court.

Frederick, Md (KM) Three indictments were returned on Friday by the Frederick County Grand Jury. Josue Ronaldo Lopez-Reyes,  26. of Frederick,  was charged by the panel with 2nd-degree rape, 2nd-degree assault and false imprisonment for an incident which occurred on August 28th, 2022..

Grand Jurors also indicted Jose Angel Espinoza-Galdamez, 76, of Manassas, Virginia,  for sex abuse of a minor, and two counts of 2nd-degree rape. That’s for incidents which occurred between January 1st, 2015 and December 31st, 2018.

The panel also charged Jacoby Oliouwon Sampson, 34, of Frederick with 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, and reckless endangerment for an incident which occurred on August 16th. 2022.

These cases now move to Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled. The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says indictments are charging documents and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
