...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TO 4 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations 1 to 3 inches in the Catoctin Mountains with a
  coating to an inch elsewhere. Ice accumulation less than a tenth
  of an inch, and confined mainly to the Catoctin Mountains.

* WHERE...Frederick MD County.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 4 PM EST Wednesday. Snow and sleet will most
  likely overspread the area between 8 AM and 10 AM Wednesday
  morning. Precipitation will change to rain by 1 PM. Rain will
  freeze on some surfaces over the Catoctin Mountains through mid-
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.
