Victim died after being stabbed several times
Frederick, Md. (DG) – A man was fatally stabbed early Saturday morning in Frederick shortly after 1 AM.
According a press release from Frederick Police, officers responded to the 400 block of North Market Street in Frederick for a report of a stabbing.
Police found a man who was stabbed several times. CPR was given to the man, but it was unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives report this was a targeted attack and not a random act of violence.
Police continue to investigate.
