Frederick, Md (KM) A vehicle chase that began in Montgomery County came into Frederick County on Tuesday.
Scanner reports say police were after a man who is charged with assault with a weapon. The pursuit took place along Interstate-270 from Montgomery County into Frederick County. The suspect vehicle got off in Frederick at Route 340, and continued on to the area of Route 180 and Butterfly Lane. It’s believed he ditched his vehicle and took a motorcycle to continue fleeing from police.
The chase ended in the early afternoon. The suspect is still at large.
