He was shot and killed outside his apartment building
Germantown, Md. (BW)- A 57-year-old man was shot and killed Friday night in Germantown.
Montgomery County Police responded to the Middlebrook Commons Apartments in the 19500 block of Gunners Branch Road around 8:00 p.m. where they located the victim, identified as Errick Roy Dixon of Germantown.
The victim was in a grassy area behind the apartment complex with an apparent gunshot wound. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced Dixon deceased.
Dixon lived in the apartment complex.
Officers found several shell casings in the parking lot of the complex.
