He pleaded guilty to two counts of production of child pornography. . Cain was originally charged with 16 counts of child pornography offenses.
Cain was arrested in 2022 for soliciting explicit images from a 14-year-old he met at a park. . He made payments to the juvenile in exchange for the images.
Frederick County Circuit Court Judge Julie Stevenson Solt sentenced Cain to 20 years incarceration, but suspended 17 years.
