West Virginia Man Killed In Single Vehicle Accident In Frederick

He was pronounced dead at the scene.Frederick, Md. (BW)- The passenger of a car was killed in a single vehicle accident in the early morning of Thursday, August 17.At approximately 3:20 a.m. Frederick County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Winchester Boulevard near Mountville Road in Adamstown for reports of a single vehicle crash involving a 2022 Nissan Altima.The passenger in the vehicle was identified as 24-year-old Kelby Ryan Lester from Berkley Springs, West Virginia. Emergency Medical Services pronounced Lester dead at the scene.The driver of the car fled the scene following the crash.
